I’m using a slightly edited version of the Contact Form 7 plug-in written by Takayuki Miyoshi. This is really a (mostly) great plugin for most users needs, it has pretty strait-forward design and easy set up. It really is a very flexible solution and it gives you the useful ability to place it into a page, post or even into your widget sidebar.

Stay tuned for a little mini-tutorial of how I set up and use Contact Form 7. I’ll also show basic use of this plugin and the slight edit that I made that sends the user who just filled out the form to a private Thank you page (This page won’t show up in your normal page listings).
